Opis posla:
-Intenacionlana kompanija traži studente završnih godina fakulteta i nezaposlena lica za praksu koja traje 6 meseci sa mogucnoscu stalnog zaposlenja-Trazi se odlicno znanje engleskog jezika a plus je ako osoba zna i francuski jezik, s obzirom da je posao vezan za stalnu komunikaciju sa klijentima firme za poziciju:
EVENT ASSISTANT – INTERN
The position:
-Coordinates with a number of internal teams and external providers on various projects
-Keeping track of incoming leads and preparing pre and post event internal and external communications, and providing project reports
-Conducts research, recommends, negotiates and books sponsorship contracts, event venues
-Plans the room layouts and works with content marketing team on event visual design: digital branding, on site branding, décor, name tags, signage
-Sourcing venues and providers for hosted events, designing an overall event experience
-Assisting the team for events in a large number of events, from small meetings to meetings with a large number of members
Should have:
-Proven project management skills
-Strong commercial acumen
-Confident with all Microsoft Office packages
-Creative and used to thinking outside the box
-Excellent networker
-Able to work independently as well as part of a team
If you see yourself doing these activities then you probably have:
Graduated from/Studied at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences/, Economy/Marketing or relevant placement
Full professional proficiency in written/spoken English, French desirable
Ability to work in a multicultural team and to adjust to different working styles
Working time: 40 per week, 9-17h
Salary: 450e
