This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Reporting Center team who support our largest retail clients in the country. Within the RC Serbian Team you will be responsible to:

•Translate client needs into a business scope (client understandable) and into a Functional Specification document that report developers, deployment teams and technical leads use to set up front end solutions.

••Provide cost and time-to-market from needs evaluation to commercial team as basis for negotiation

••To collect client reporting needs from our commercial team

••To manage end-to-end projects (from business needs assessments to delivery)

••Speak to different audiences both internally (Commercial teams, Solution Owners, Developers, Client Service, Project Management, Client Liaisons etc.) and externally (Client at local level, 3rd party agencies) to ensure a common understanding of needs and a smooth service delivery

••Drive the full delivery of the signed off scope/specification in order to meet client commitment made upfront (incl. coordination of development with TCS, coordination of data availability whenever needed, coordination of the deployment when require)

••Participate in the enhancement of the delivery process while advising Nielsen contact on best operating solution (ie. semi-flexible report base…) to reach high efficiency

The successful candidate will need to:

•Role requirements:

•Strong numerical and technical skills

•Technical skills: Excel, VB, PPT

•A self-motivated individual

•English is essential
