Opis posla (Job description):
- Interaction with suppliers
• Interaction with foreign suppliers and manufacturers in order to obtain information and commercial support, provide conditions for high-quality communication with trading partners and end users.
- Interaction with customers
• Prompt resolution of problems of trading partners related to warranty cases, document flow, professional advice, etc. to ensure high quality of service and increase the level of loyalty.
- Interaction with logistics service providers
• Placing requests and negotiating the cost of services
- Office work
• Working with in CRM system
• Collection and preparation of necessary documents
• Calling and informing existing customers
Uslovi rada (Work conditions):
- Fixed salary 400 eur per month net + 0,5% from sales
- Mon-Fri, from 9 to 18
- Fluent English, Russian will be good benefit.
- Candidate profile, specific knowledge: Technical education
- Advanced PC knowledge, MS Office.
